Certivo + Xero

If your accountant runs on Xero, Certivo invoices and expenses sync there the same way. One-click OAuth, contact matching, GST-ready tax codes.

What syncs

  • Invoices → Xero Invoices (with contact, line items and your GST tax code)
  • Payment status ← Xero (an invoice settled in Xero comes back as paid in Certivo)
  • Expenses → Xero spend money (a bank transaction for cash already paid, coded by category)
  • Contacts → Xero Contacts (matched on name)
