Built by an operator, proven on his own company first

Who built Certivo, why, and what running it on a real Alberta safety training company looks like ahead of a public launch targeting January 2027.

Built by an Alberta Training Company

Certivo was founded by Aaron Hoyte, owner of Ready 4 Everything Training & Supplies Ltd., an Alberta-based safety training operation. He built it because he needed it. Scattered scheduling across text messages, manual pay calculations in spreadsheets, and certifications that expired without anyone noticing.

He looked for software built for this industry. It didn't exist. So he built Certivo to run R4E first, then made it available to other training operations facing the same challenges.

Customer #0: from May 2026 through December 2026, R4E Training & Supplies runs its full operation on Certivo: 8 months of real classes, real instructors, real invoices, real cert audits, before we open the public launch in January 2027. Every Founders Member buys a platform that's been validated by the founder's own daily use.

Ready 4 Everything Training & Supplies Ltd. runs every class, certificate, invoice, and instructor schedule through Certivo, May 2026 through public launch in January 2027.

Real classes. Real instructors. Real certificates.

Not a demo tenant. Not synthetic data. Aaron's Alberta-based safety training company is running live operations on Certivo: booking H2S Alive, First Aid, and Confined Space cohorts; issuing ESC, Red Cross, and Energy Safety Canada-recognized credentials; invoicing oil-and-gas operators and construction GCs and taking their payment through Stripe.

Every friction point becomes a fix. Every workflow rough-edge gets sanded down. By the time Certivo opens to public sign-ups in January 2027, every feature will have been used in production by the founder for 8 months.

Real metrics: Summer 2026
  • Certificates issued via Certivo vs prior workflow
  • Admin hours saved per cohort (target: 4+)
  • Instructor utilization improvement
  • Days-to-paid on invoice (target: <14)

Published quarterly as R4E hits each operational milestone.

This isn't marketing copy: Aaron's calendar entry for May 2026 reads "Run every R4E class through Certivo without falling back to Excel." A public Google Sheet logs every friction point so prospects can verify before signing.
