Enterprise capabilities
What the Enterprise tier includes today. Anything built but not yet released, and the SOC 2 Type II status, is marked explicitly.
SSO + SAML 2.0 (not yet released)
Company sign-in through a SAML 2.0 identity provider such as Okta, Azure AD or Google Workspace is built but not yet released: the sign-in option stays off until the provider side is finished. Ask about timing on your sales call.
Role-based access control
Seven staff roles with least-privilege scopes. Instructors never see financials.
Multi-location rollup
Add branch locations and see an all-locations rollup of revenue, instructor utilization and compliance, broken out by location. Access is not yet scoped per branch, so staff see every location. Separate legal entities run as separate organizations, each with its own subscription.
Audit logging
Changes to key records are written to an audit log with who made them and when. The in-app viewer and export for that log are built but not yet switched on.
REST API + webhooks
Classes, students, invoices, certifications. Register webhooks for real-time events. Pipe into Salesforce, ADP, or your data warehouse.
Canadian compute region
Compute in Google Cloud Toronto (northamerica-northeast2); data at rest in Google US multi-region under SOC 2 Type II + DPA. Built for PIPEDA.
Encryption at rest + in transit
Google Cloud platform encryption at rest (AES-256); integration credentials additionally AES-256-GCM encrypted per-org. TLS 1.3 in transit. Stripe-grade handling of payment data.
SOC 2 Type II: not yet started
Controls are mapped to all nine Trust Service Criteria and the mapping is public. No external examination has begun and no auditor is engaged, so there is no interim letter or draft report. We would rather tell you that than have you find out under NDA.
Multi-location, multi-regulator, multi-province
You run classes across AB, BC, SK. Different regulators, different pay rates, different clients. Certivo doesn't flatten any of it.
Locations
Unlimited locations across provinces, rolled up on one dashboard. Per-location admins and data scoping are not built yet: every location shares the organization's staff, clients and settings.

Built-in roster export templates for bodies including Red Cross, Energy Safety Canada, WorkSafeBC and WSIB Ontario, plus custom templates for any other regulator, chosen per class.

Flat subscription range
$800 – $2,400 / month depending on instructor count, location count, and support tier. Billed annually.
Platform fees
0% platform fee on processed payments for Enterprise. You still pay Stripe's standard card-processing rate (~2.9% + $0.30), but Certivo takes nothing on top.
