Safety managers don't live at a desk. The Client Portal is a Progressive Web App. You can install it as an icon on your phone's home screen, and every view works with gloves on and a 5" screen.

Your data, your rules
The questions every safety manager should ask about a new platform, answered in writing before you upload a single roster.
Who can see your data
Your training provider's staff, by role, and the instructors assigned to your classes. No other training company. Certivo's platform administrator (today, the founder) can also access it for support and operations; that account requires multi-factor authentication, and support sessions inside an account are time-limited and recorded in the audit log.
Toronto compute, Google US storage
Compute runs in Google Cloud Toronto (northamerica-northeast2); data at rest is hosted in Google Cloud's US multi-region under SOC 2 Type II controls. Built for PIPEDA. See our DPA for cross-border details.
Download your records any time
Export the compliance matrix and your invoice list to CSV, download a compliance report as a PDF, and download certificates from your portal.
If you switch training providers
Your certificates are PDF files you can keep, and the certification itself does not depend on the software your provider uses. Under our Data Processing Agreement, your current provider is obligated to hand your compliance records to your next provider on request.
If Certivo goes out of business
Your training provider has a 30-day window to export records after a subscription ends. Certificate PDFs you have downloaded stay with you; the QR code and online verification link only work while Certivo is running.
Zero marketing
Certivo will never email you or your workers for marketing. We don't sell lists. We don't run ads. The only emails the portal sends are the transactional ones your trainer enables.
