Certivo + Stripe

Certivo uses Stripe Connect for client invoice payments, founding-customer subscriptions, and platform fees. PCI DSS Level 1 compliance, Canadian entity support, and 2.9% + $0.30 industry-standard rates. (Instructor pay is handled by your own payroll, outside Certivo.)

What syncs

  • Client invoice → Stripe payment link (credit card; pre-authorized debit is on the roadmap)
  • Subscriptions → Stripe Billing (monthly/annual)
  • Refunds and disputes handled through the Certivo Stripe webhook

Setup (under 5 minutes)

  1. 1Each tenant connects their own Stripe Connect Express account
  2. 2Settings → Payments → Connect Stripe
  3. 3Complete Stripe's Canadian onboarding (bank account, tax info)
  4. 4Start invoicing clients: payments land in your Stripe account
