Certivo + Procore

When you certify a worker in Certivo, the certificate PDF can be filed into Procore automatically, so prime contractors and site managers find current training records in the platform they already run their projects on, without anyone re-keying or emailing them around.

What syncs

  • Certivo certification → certificate PDF filed as a Procore Company Document
  • Expiry date carried in the filename and the document description
  • Scoped to your Procore company — company-level Documents, not per-project
  • Planned (partner-gated): writing the cert as a structured, expiring Workforce Planning tag so Procore can query and alarm on it. Today it is an attached document, not a first-class credential.
