Certivo + Google Calendar

When a class is scheduled in Certivo, an event is pushed to the Google Calendar your admin connects for the organization, with location, student count, course details and the assigned instructor named in the event. Reschedules and cancellations update it automatically. This is one-way: Certivo writes to that calendar and never reads it, so anything entered directly in Google stays invisible to Certivo.

What syncs

  • Certivo class → event on the organization calendar you connect
  • Reschedule → event time updated
  • Cancel → event removed from the calendar
  • Prefer a calendar app to a connection? Subscribe to the .ics/webcal class feed instead — no OAuth, works in Google, Apple and Outlook

Setup (under 5 minutes)

  3. 3Authorize via Google OAuth
  4. 4Classes sync to that account's primary calendar
