Certivo + Asana

Operational work that comes out of Certivo: prepping a class, chasing a renewal, following up on an incident, becomes Asana tasks automatically, so your team runs the day from the board they already use.

What syncs

  • Certivo events → Asana tasks in the project you choose
  • Title, description and due date carried across
  • Scoped to your Asana workspace and project
  • Planned for GA: assignee mapping, and Asana task status reflected back onto the Certivo record. Today the sync is one-way — Certivo creates the task and never reads it again.

  3. 3Select the workspace and project for new tasks
  4. 4Map which Certivo events create tasks
